Secondary and Leasing Specialist

Job Summary

Nestwood Realty is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing expert market insights and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
• Provide accurate advice on market trends, property valuations, investment opportunities, and legal procedures.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on leads to expand and maintain a strong client base.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Stay up to date with new projects, community developments, and market insights to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
• Prepare high-quality property listings with compelling descriptions and accurate details.
• Ensure that all transactions are handled in compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate or a related sales role (real estate experience preferred).
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and procedures is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
