We are looking for a Secondary Head of English who is passionate and enjoys creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment for students. The successful candidate will be an experienced Secondary Head of English who is excited to join our world class school and is driven to provide education at an exceptional level. GEMS teachers enjoy an outstanding school environment in which to deliver a dynamic and creative curriculum to motivated students.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master's degree majoring in English
• B.Ed major in English (mandatory)
• UAE and British curriculum experience preferred

Skills

• Creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
• Excellent team player both within the department and across phases
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
• Good command of English
