About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Secondary Market Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. If you have a strong understanding of the secondary property market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for secondary market properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Negotiate offers and close successful transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values.
• Maintain accurate client records.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE secondary real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of the secondary property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.
