Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Secondary Market Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our professional sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resale transactions, building long term client relationships, and guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and sell residential and commercial properties in the secondary market.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings.
• Provide market analysis and property valuation guidance to clients.
• Keep up to date with Dubai's real estate trends, communities, and regulations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong market knowledge of Dubai communities and property values.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
