Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai is required
• RERA Card holders are highly preferred
• Ambitious and target-driven professionals focused on high earnings
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
• Resilient, confident, and performance-oriented individuals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new property listings for sale and leasing
• Manage and maintain an active portfolio of 15–20 listings monthly
• Build strong, lasting relationships with property owners and clients
• Actively promote listings using all company tools and marketing channels
• Ensure daily CRM updates for leads and property data
• Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and brand representation
• Be flexible and committed to working beyond standard hours when required
