Secondary Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant

About the Role:

Preview Properties is looking for a motivated and results-driven Secondary Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with strong knowledge of secondary property sales, client management, and deal negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of secondary market properties
• Generate leads and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations to clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate trends and market conditions
• Coordinate with clients, owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
• Strong experience in the secondary property market
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities, properties, and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong client-handling and sales abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• RERA certification is preferred
