Riti Realty is a Dubai-based real estate agency driven by results and client success. With a strong track record in property sales and leasing, we are expanding our team with passionate Real Estate Executives who are ready to excel in Dubai’s fast-paced property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing and selling of ready (secondary) properties.
• List and market properties on leading portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and deal negotiations.
• Handle property transfers and ensure smooth transactions with DLD, developers, and banks.
• Prepare and manage tenancy contracts in compliance with RERA guidelines.
• Focus on prime areas including Business Bay, Downtown, Meydan, Al Jaddaf, Creek Harbour, and Sobha Hartland.
• Work on both company-provided leads and self-generated leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months+ experience in Dubai real estate (secondary sales & leasing).
• Strong knowledge of tenancy contracts, RERA laws, and property transfers.
• Telesales and lead-generation experience is a must.
• Familiarity with Dubai communities and property portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
