Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing and selling of ready (secondary) properties.
- List and market properties on leading portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and deal negotiations.
- Handle property transfers and ensure smooth transactions with DLD, developers, and banks.
- Prepare and manage tenancy contracts in compliance with RERA guidelines.
- Focus on prime areas including Business Bay, Downtown, Meydan, Al Jaddaf, Creek Harbour, and Sobha Hartland.
- Work on both company-provided leads and self-generated leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months+ experience in Dubai real estate (secondary sales & leasing).
- Strong knowledge of tenancy contracts, RERA laws, and property transfers.
- Telesales and lead-generation experience is a must.
- Familiarity with Dubai communities and property portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
