Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Control: Manages all incoming/outgoing documents, including CEO approvals, PoAs, and contract tracking. Ensures compliance with document flow procedures and provides support to employees.
  • Protocol & Event Coordination: Handles visa applications, organizes internal events, and supports participation in external events. Maintains partner database.
  • Administrative Support: Manages phone calls, provides receptionist coverage, supports safety initiatives, assists employees with administrative inquiries, manages internal communications, and handles office supplies procurement.


Requirements:

  • Completed degree.
  • Relevant experience on the similar position.
  • MS Office - advanced.
  • Languages: English, Turkish - advanced
