Secretary

Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Bahraini female Secretary to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have prior secretarial or office administration experience and will be responsible for day-to-day office operations and providing general administrative support to staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
  • Prepare documents, reports, and memos as required
  • Greet and assist visitors and guests professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Provide administrative support to various departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Polite, professional, and dependable personality
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
