Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative and secretarial support to the GM, ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites

· Coordinate with various construction sites and ensure effective communication between site teams and the Projects Managers.

· Manage and track all correspondence between the site teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and actions

· Handle incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper documentation and filing

· Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring key milestones and updates are communicated effectively to all parties

· Provide administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and handling correspondence.

· Maintain and organize project documents such as contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

· Manage project-related information systems, databases, and file-sharing platforms.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information.

· Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in secretarial & document control (Construction).
  • Proficient in MS Office, PDF editors

Experience:

  • Construction: 3 years (Required)
