Secretary

About the Role

We are looking for only Arabic Secretary/ Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate communication, and assist management in maintaining efficient office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and office records.
  • Handle visitors and coordinate with clients professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
  • Very good in written and verbal communication in English & Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel : 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Word: 2 years (Required)
  • Secretary or Administration : 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Required)
  • English (Required)
