Key Responsibilities:
- Handle email correspondence, draft official letters, and manage communication on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans and appointments.
- Accompany the Managing Director for official travel as required.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
- Manage incoming calls, visitors, and general office coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with accuracy.
- Support administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
- Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Administration/Business or related field.
- Prior experience as a Secretary/Executive Assistant is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
- Professional, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to travel with the Managing Director for official purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and time-management abilities.
