Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle email correspondence, draft official letters, and manage communication on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans and appointments.
  • Accompany the Managing Director for official travel as required.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, and general office coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with accuracy.
  • Support administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Administration/Business or related field.
  • Prior experience as a Secretary/Executive Assistant is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
  • Professional, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to travel with the Managing Director for official purposes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and time-management abilities.
