Our company is looking to hire a Legal Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Arabic language proficiency is required. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting lawyers with administrative and legal documentation tasks in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and formatting legal documents, letters, and case files
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and court dates
  • Handling client communications and correspondence
  • Filing and organizing legal documents and maintaining records
  • Coordinating with courts, government departments, and clients
  • Managing emails, phone calls, and office documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrative Secretary (law firm experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial administrative tasks
  • Fluency in Arabic (required); English proficiency is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with legal documentation and court procedures
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
