Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, and assist management with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, correspondence)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Coordinate between departments and support internal communication
  • Receive visitors and provide administrative support
  • Perform general office duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Qatar
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Strong multitasking skills
