Our company is looking to hire a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Arabic language proficiency is required. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting lawyers with administrative and legal documentation tasks in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client communications and professional correspondence
  • Maintain and organize legal records, files, and documentation
  • Manage office emails, phone calls, and administrative documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Secretary (experience in a law firm is preferred)
  • Knowledge of accounting or financial administrative tasks
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
