Position: Secretary
Location : Ajman

Nationality : Philippines

We are currently seeking a female Secretary to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, a basic understanding of technical components, excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, strong teamwork and follow-up skills, and the ability to provide outstanding support across departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, remain detail-oriented, and handle confidential matters professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical, telephone, and administrative duties while representing the executive office
  • Preferably knowledge in preparing quotations
  • Act as a liaison between management and various departments
  • Coordinate interdepartmental projects and support departmental needs
  • Maintain organized filing systems and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent team support and follow up effectively with internal departments
  • Coordinate with the sales team; prepare and process sales quotations
  • Handle customer inquiries related to sales and provide timely updates
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and client information

Note: Salary will be discussed during the interview.
