  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to project consultants and management team
  • Prepare, format, and manage project-related documents, reports, letters, and correspondence
  • Maintain proper document control systems (incoming/outgoing documents, drawings, submittals)
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM)
  • Handle email management, filing systems, and office documentation (digital and physical)
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments professionally
  • Monitor project deadlines and assist in tracking project progress documentation
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks

Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment applications, and tracking receivables/payables
  • Handle petty cash management and expense tracking
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for billing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing of accounting documents
  • Support payroll processing and timesheet monitoring (if required)
  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and documentation

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a secretary, document controller, or admin assistant in construction/consultancy
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with document control systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Preferably available to join immediately.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • construction cum accounts: 3 years (Preferred)
