We are seeking to hire a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting lawyers with administrative and legal documentation tasks in a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communications and professional correspondence
- Maintain and organize legal records, files, and documentation
- Manage office emails, phone calls, and general administrative duties
- Support lawyers with document preparation and filing
- Assist with basic accounting or financial administrative tasks when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Secretary (law firm experience preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Brilliant System is an advantage
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
