Job description:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to management and project teams.
• Maintain and organize project files, contracts, drawings, submittals, approvals, and other technical documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and tracking of all company and project-related records.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding documentation and approvals.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents and project proposals.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive company information.
• Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and administrative requirements related to ongoing projects.
