We, Dar Ghantoot Contracting LLC, are looking for a (Secretary) to join us immediately:

Job Description:

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to project consultants and the management team
  • Prepare, format, and manage project-related documents, reports, letters, and correspondence
  • Maintain proper document control systems (incoming/outgoing documents, drawings, submittals)
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM)
  • Handle email management, filing systems, and office documentation (digital and physical)
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments professionally
  • Monitor project deadlines and assist in tracking project progress documentation
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a secretary, document controller, or admin assistant in construction or consultancy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with document control systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Preferably available to join immediately.

  • Pay: AED 2,500.00 - AED 3000.00 per month
  • Transportation - free Transportation on behalf of the company
