We, Dar Ghantoot Contracting LLC, are looking for a (Secretary) to join us immediately:
Job Description:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to project consultants and the management team
- Prepare, format, and manage project-related documents, reports, letters, and correspondence
- Maintain proper document control systems (incoming/outgoing documents, drawings, submittals)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM)
- Handle email management, filing systems, and office documentation (digital and physical)
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments professionally
- Monitor project deadlines and assist in tracking project progress documentation
- Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a secretary, document controller, or admin assistant in construction or consultancy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with document control systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Preferably available to join immediately.
- Pay: AED 2,500.00 - AED 3000.00 per month
- Transportation - free Transportation on behalf of the company
