- Key Responsibilites:

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Assist with document submissions and maintain project records.
  • Monitor incoming emails and, after training, independently respond to client and supplier inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned.

- Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar office role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong email writing and communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently after training.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professional attitude, positive work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience working in the construction, glass, aluminum, or related industries is an advantage but not required.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
