- Key Responsibilites:
- Manage daily office administrative tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Assist with document submissions and maintain project records.
- Monitor incoming emails and, after training, independently respond to client and supplier inquiries professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documentation.
- Perform other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar office role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong email writing and communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently after training.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Professional attitude, positive work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working in the construction, glass, aluminum, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
