Job Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone communications.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and company documents.
  • Maintain filing systems and records.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Assist management with administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years GCC experience as a Secretary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva, Power point applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong document management abilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
