We are a leading construction company seeking a professional Secretary to join
our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits.
Maintain and update filing systems and project documents.
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents.
Provide administrative support to management and project teams.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (preferably in a construction company).
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
General Notes
Applicants must be residents of Kuwait.
Preference will be given to candidates of Arab nationality.
Transfer of residency is possible (Article 18).
Experience in contracting and construction companies is required.
