Urgent required SECRETARY to join immediately.
Candidates must have the mandatory qualifications below.
- Should possess minimum 2-4 Years of experience as Secretary including Document Controlling.
- Must have extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures and record keeping systems.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office programs or similar software with the ability to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID
Job Description:
- Provides high level administrative support and assistance to the manager & other assigned leadership staff
- Performs clerical & administrative tasks including email, drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports and other documents.
- Arrange, coordinate, schedule meetings and prepare meeting documents.
- Receives incoming communications or memos on behalf of the company, reviews contents, determines importance and summarizes and/ or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Responsible for all issues and services related to the document control and Projects Document Management.
- Electronic scanning of documents for distribution as PDF digital copies to designated recipients and uploading to company server
- Maintaining a hard copy reference library of all documentation which ensures quick and easy retrieval of information.
- Circulating project documents for review, information or approval.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
