Secretary cum Logistics Assistant

Position: Secretary cum Logistics Assistant

Preferred: Female candidates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Secretary / Administrative Assistant or Logistics Assistant
  • Good knowledge of office administration and documentation
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations (coordination, follow-ups, deliveries)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate logistics activities and follow up with suppliers, transporters, and drivers
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documents
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Support management with scheduling and coordination
