Job Title: Secretary / Document Controller (UAE National)

We are looking for a Secretary / Document Controller to join our team.

  • UAE National (Family Book required)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize company documents and records
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain proper filing and document control system
  • Prepare reports and administrative documents
  • Coordinate with teams for document submission and updates
