Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Secretary to support our Purchase Department. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of UAE experience, excellent data entry and typing skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The role requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and effective coordination skills to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and clerical support to the Purchase Department.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain purchase orders, quotations, and related documents.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry in company systems.
  • Manage supplier records, follow up on quotations, and assist in procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and reports for the Purchase Manager.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and departmental files.
  • Ensure proper documentation control and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation is required).
  • 2–3 years of UAE experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a Purchase or Procurement Department.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills (high accuracy and speed required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: Commensurate with experience
