Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and maintain all commercial and procurement-related project documentation.
- Ensure proper registration, tracking, version control, and timely distribution of documents.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, work orders, contracts, and related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and document control standards.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain work orders to suppliers as per approved guidelines.
- Track work order status and maintain proper filing for reference and audit purposes.
- Support procurement and commercial teams in follow-ups and documentation updates.
- Provide secretarial support including daily administrative coordination and office support activities.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
- Handle correspondence, emails, filing, and general office administration tasks.
- Support management with documentation, reporting, and coordination activities as required.
Experience and Qualification
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and of project management tools
- High School diploma or any equivalent
