Examples of Duties

• Answer phones, prioritize calls and emails, greet visitors, and direct visitors to the appropriate office.
• Managing schedules and communications for the Director.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties, such as composing letters, memos, emails, reports, notetaking, and other requested correspondence.
• Perform intake of applications. Maintain updated records and accounting of all applications.
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Creates and manages agendas, gather documents and prepare for meetings. Take notes at meetings.
• Ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Serves as Human Resources Lead
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must have a High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong fluency in Microsoft Office products like PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
• Ability to work independently, exercising responsible judgment and initiative
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must have strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be available to work within the prescribed hours or if flexible hours or offered, during theseason in which he or she is employed.
