Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and organized Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Greet visitors and assist them professionally
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Order office supplies and assist with inventory management

Qualifications

  • Must have 1-2 years experience in a secretary or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer and office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
