Secretary/Administrative Assistant

Looking for an assistant part time ro help with data entry, organizing data, sorting, filing, phone communication, knowledge of Quicken is a plus. Excel and writing skills necessary. Our space is casual, we have been organizing and administrating seminars for 35 years for healthcare professionals, including credentialling and continuing education.

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online searches

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
