Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance to customers regarding party rental inquiries and bookings.
• Coordinate and schedule delivery and pickup of party equipment, ensuring timely and accurate arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments using our online booking system.
• Assist in preparing and organizing rental contracts, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure inventory availability and proper maintenance of party equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and scheduling.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and administrative tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred, but not required.
