Secretary/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Secretary/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm welcome as well as providing general administrative support to management and owner.

Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, creating a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
  • Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant tasks as needed
  • Support office management activities
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously

Requirements

  • Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
  • Experience operating multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
  • Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and patience in handling inquiries
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a construction based environment.
