Section Head Education Abroad Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Counsellor / Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of counsellors handling student applications for overseas education. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international education systems, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for guiding students toward their global academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and train a team of education counsellors to achieve targets and deliver excellent student service.
• Oversee end-to-end student counselling for study abroad destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
• Supervise daily counselling operations including student profiling, shortlisting universities, application support, and visa guidance.
• Ensure high-quality counselling standards and compliance with company policies.
• Support counsellors with complex student cases and provide solutions.
• Track team performance, set targets, and implement strategies to increase conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, partner institutions, and internal stakeholders.
• Keep the team updated with latest admission trends, deadlines, scholarships, and immigration updates.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution of client concerns.
• Generate regular reports on pipeline, applications, offers, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in overseas education counselling, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage targets, and maintain high service quality.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and student management systems preferred.
• Result-oriented, organized, and empathetic with students and team members.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
