Title: Digital Marketing Team Lead– Omni Channel Ads Expert with Team Leadership Experience
Location: Karachi (On-site preferred)

Discounters.pk is one of Pakistan's leading e-commerce platforms with a 7M+ PKR monthly ad spend. We're scaling fast and need a sharp, creative, and experienced Marketing TL to lead our marketing efforts across multiple brands –
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically plan and execute daily product launch campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, ensuring timely go-to-market execution – at least 2-5 Products can be launched
Maintain and improve the Launched camps targeted ROAS through data-driven decisions, performance analysis, and budget optimization
Oversee and lead the entire content strategy, including ad creatives, video scripts, visual assets, and production workflows
Supervise and guide the SEO team, ensuring best practices and growth in organic performance
Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing team including graphic designers, video editors, content creators, SEO specialists, and media buyers specially.
Collaborate with influencers and content creators, ensuring aligned brand messaging, timely deliveries, and high-performing partnerships
Take ownership of website content management, including landing page creation, campaign-specific web assets, and performance-led web updates.
Ensure proper implementation of FBT (Frequently Bought Together), up-selling strategies, and email marketing flows as per documented SOPs
Handle the development and customization of Shopify websites as per marketing needs. Ability to coordinate or execute Shopify development.
Work closely with the Sales and Product Line teams to align marketing campaigns with inventory, pricing, and overall ROI benchmarks
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within e-commerce.
Demonstrated success managing ad budgets of PKR 3M+ per month on a continuous basis.
Proven portfolio of high-performing ad creatives and content-led campaigns.
Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams.
Expert in Meta Ads; intermediate proficiency in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat is mandatory.
Verified track record of ROAS-optimized campaigns across all required platforms, with evidence and results available for review.
Hands-on experience with Shopify development (excluding custom Liquid coding); WordPress experience is a strong plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
