Section Head Oracle Development

Responsibilities:

·        Lead multiple teams including:

·        DBA and OS team for Oracle EBS upgrades and annual support.

·        Oracle EBS and Fusion support team (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Production, Inventory, Distribution, and system integration).

·        Development team for customized reports and forms.

·        Barreleye ATS product team (Asset Tracking System) using handheld devices with Barcode or RFID integrated with ERPs.

·        Barreleye WMS (Warehouse Management System) using handheld devices with Barcode or RFID integrated with ERPs.

·        Barreleye WMS with 3D module and AI.

·        AI modeling for internal customer data sources.

·        Support various departments by developing accurate reports and data analysis.

·        Manage customization and integration projects with other systems.

·        Improve internal processes using business process reengineering methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

·        Strong experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion.

·        Proficiency in report development using Oracle tools (PL/SQL, Report Builder, SQL Loader).

·        Experience in managing cross-functional teams.

·        Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure.

·        Strong communication skills across all management levels.

·        Experience From 4 to 7.
