Job Purpose
To plan, lead and control all the activities related to quality assurance & testing in the entire process flow from raw material sourcing to product and to implement and improvise the existing quality standards and systems in order to sustain the position as a market leader in linen yarn business.

Testing of RM and product

Oversee testing of incoming raw material

Lead a team of quality inspectors and supervisors in conducting regular testing.

Ensuring the testing of product as customer’s standard.

Control over non-conforming goods to dispatch to the customer
In-process Quality Assurance

Develop, implement, and monitor in-process quality control systems across all stages of linen spinning to ensure product consistency and compliance with standards.

Analyze quality trends and work collaboratively with team production.

Analyze in-process quality data, generate reports, and present findings for continual improvement initiatives.
Customer centric Quality Management System

Implement and maintain adaptation of Quality norms and IMS Standards

Perform Root cause analysis to all the quality and reliability related complaints arising from both internal and external customers throughout the process flow
People Development

Identifying training needs of team members and work with HR for scheduling development activities

Mentoring and coaching team members to prepare them for taking independent charge
