Security Dispatcher

The Security Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of security personnel, managing communications across teams, and ensuring quick, accurate responses to incidents or emergencies. This role acts as the central point of contact for field security officers, clients, and law enforcement agencies, ensuring efficient and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to incoming calls, radio transmissions, emails, alarms, and emergency notifications.
• Dispatch security personnel to designated locations for routine patrols or in response to incidents.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication logs and incident reports.
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and alarm panels for suspicious activity or breaches.
• Coordinate with emergency services (fire, police, medical) when necessary.
• Assist in tracking officer locations and ensuring shift coverage.
• Provide support to field officers by relaying important updates, instructions, or protocols.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) during incidents and escalate situations when required.
• Keep security management informed of unusual activities or threats.
• Perform administrative duties such as logging entries, filing reports, and updating dispatch software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional security or communications training is a plus
• Prior experience in a security, dispatch, call center, or emergency response role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Proficient in using dispatch software, radio systems, CCTV, and standard computer applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
