Security Dispatcher

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Security Dispatcher to support a fast-paced operations team in Gardena.

This role involves handling high call volume, coordinating security officers, and ensuring all shifts are covered across multiple job sites. Ideal for individuals who can multitask, communicate clearly, and stay organized under pressure.

This is a critical operations role where reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

What You Will Do

• Handle 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily
• Dispatch and coordinate security officers across multiple locations
• Track attendance, including clock-ins/clock-outs, and update systems
• Ensure all open shifts are filled and respond to last-minute coverage needs
• Respond to real-time operational issues and escalate when necessary
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any unusual activity
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation
• Communicate with clients, field staff, and management
• Provide detailed end-of-shift pass-down reports

Pay & Schedule

• $20 hourly (with overtime opportunities)
• Full-time (40–48 hours per week)
• 5–6 days per week
• Must be available for weekends and flexible shifts (morning/swing)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to reliably commute to Gardena, CA
• Ability to handle high call volume and multitask
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time
