Job Title: Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and observant Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, staff, and visitors. The security guard will be responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and access points, and responding to emergencies or suspicious behavior to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Provide assistance to staff, visitors, and the general public as needed
• Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity
• Write daily reports of activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, or presence of unauthorized persons
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations
• Detain violators or escort unauthorized persons off premises when necessary
• Assist emergency personnel during incidents

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a security guard or similar position is preferred
• Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Trained in First Aid/CPR (preferred)
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Security guard license (as required by local/state law)

Work Conditions:

• May include night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Standing for extended periods, occasional physical exertion
• Indoor and outdoor monitoring depending on facility needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs32,000.00 per month
