Security Guard

We are looking for a skilled Security Officer to monitor our premises and protect our employees and guests. You will be responsible for detecting suspicious conduct and preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity.

Duties and Responibilities

• Check the temperature of chillers in the vehicle every 2 hours and record it in the register every 2 hours, while the car is parked in Mihan Compound
• Check the temperature of the freezer/chiller warehouse every 2 hours and keep the record of the same in the register.
• Make a note of the all the visitor in the register.
• Every two hours security must check all the surroundings of the office premises and warehouse.
• Any physical goods except food must be maintained in the register and have to coordinate with warehouse in charge regarding the same.
• Make a note of the container coming to Mihan compound and make a note of the same.
• Inspect the vehicle every day and advise the transport coordinator the same and custodian of all company vehicles.
• Any Physical assets of Mihan taking outside the Mihan compound should be checked and confirmed with the senior management for the approval of the same.
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
• Willing to work Day and night shifts.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as security officer or guard
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
• Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense
• Registered as a security officer.
• High School diploma is required.
• SIRA ID certification mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED1,800.00 per month
