Are you ready to safeguard and protect while creating a memorable experience for our esteemed guests? We are seeking an exceptional Security Guard to join our prestigious hotel team. This is not your average security job; it's an opportunity to become an integral part of a world-class establishment.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and premises, implementing established policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect any potential security risks, maintaining a visible presence that reassures guests and employees alike.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any alarms or disturbances, taking appropriate action to resolve issues effectively.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies professionally, providing assistance and support where needed.
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to maintain a cohesive and secure environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed diligently.

What do we need from you?

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Certification in safety and training and/or licensing as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement.
• Certified CPR, and First Aid instructor, and training in law enforcement techniques desired.
• Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements fire codes, and life safety codes.
