About the Role Dubai Miracle Garden is seeking vigilant, reliable, and customer-oriented Security Guards to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors, staff, and property within the garden premises. This role requires a strong physical presence, excellent observational skills, and a polite but firm approach to enforcing park rules and managing crowds.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Salary: AED 1,600 per month.
• Overtime: Compensated in accordance with company policy and UAE labor law.
• Accommodation: Company-provided shared accommodation.
• Transportation: Company-provided transportation to and from the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol & Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of the garden grounds, facilities, and perimeter to deter and detect suspicious activities or safety hazards.
• Access Control: Monitor entrance and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and ticketed guests enter the premises.
• Crowd Management: Assist in managing large crowds during peak hours and events, ensuring smooth flow and preventing congestion.
• Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for visitors, providing accurate directions, answering general inquiries, and assisting lost guests or children in a courteous manner.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and calmly to emergencies, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established protocols and coordinating with local authorities if necessary.
• Reporting: Maintain an accurate log of daily activities and immediately report any property damage, safety hazards, or security incidents to the Security Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Security Guard, loss prevention officer, or similar role. Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or events sector is highly preferred.
• Licensing: A valid SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) license or the eligibility to obtain one is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with a diverse range of international tourists. (Arabic or other additional languages are a plus).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, often outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Attributes: High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
