Security Guard Deployment Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Security Guard Deployment Supervisor is responsible for effective deployment, monitoring, and supervision of security guards across assigned sites. The role ensures proper manpower allocation, discipline, attendance, and compliance with security procedures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly deployment of security guards at assigned locations
• Ensure adequate manpower availability as per site requirements
• Supervise guards’ attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline
• Handle replacement and emergency deployment in case of absenteeism
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure guards are performing duties properly
• Coordinate with clients/site in-charges regarding security requirements and issues
• Prepare duty rosters, deployment sheets, and attendance records
• Report incidents, misconduct, or security breaches to management
• Assist in training and briefing guards on SOPs and site instructions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage manpower and handle pressure situations
• Basic knowledge of security operations and protocols
• Report writing and documentation skills
• Familiarity with shift scheduling and deployment planning

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Intermediate / Matric (Graduate preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in security supervision or deployment management
• Experience in handling large guard force is an advantage
• Ex-armed forces or law enforcement background will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
