Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for personnel, facilities, and assets.

- Oversee all physical and operational security measures across company sites.

- Lead and manage the security team, including guards, supervisors, and control room staff.

- Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and emergency preparedness drills.

- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure all security equipment is functional and up to date.

- Coordinate with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and emergency response teams when needed.

- Investigate security breaches, thefts, or incidents and prepare detailed reports.

- Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company standards.

- Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for staff.

- Prepare and manage the department’s security budget.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate or security, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, surveillance technologies, and access control.

- Experience in crisis management, emergency response, and investigation procedures.
