Security Manager -Contract

We are seeking an experienced *Security Manager* to oversee and manage all security operations across our facilities in Qatar. The candidate will ensure safety, enforce policies, and lead the security team efficiently throughout the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement security policies and procedures

* Manage security teams and daily operations

* Conduct risk assessments and site inspections

* Coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders* Prepare operational reports and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field* 7+ years of security management experience (GCC preferred)* Excellent leadership and emergency response skills* Knowledge of Qatar security laws and regulations
