Security Officer

Location: Greater Noida, Ghaziabad
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Ex-Serviceman / Diploma in Fire & Safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site-level security and safety operations.
• Manage deployment, attendance, and discipline of security guards.
• Operate and monitor fire alarm systems, hydrants, and firefighting equipment.
• Ensure all lift operators are trained and safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular fire drills, rescue training, and emergency evacuation exercises.
• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper access control at gates.
• Verify entry and exit of materials, vehicles, and visitors as per policy.
• Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies or incidents.
• Prepare daily security and safety reports for management.
• Assist the Security Officer/Admin Department in implementing safety compliance across the site.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in site security, firefighting, or safety management (preferably in real estate or construction projects).
• Ex-serviceman/diploma in fire & safety preferred.
• Knowledge of lift operations, fire systems, and rescue procedures.
• Strong supervision and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CCTV system operation).
• Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations.
