What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.

Monitor communication systems, receive calls for service, and dispatch personnel to routine, priority, and emergency incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Document incidents, service requests, and shift activity in dispatch logs and reports, sharing timely updates with site leadership and/or responding personnel.

Monitor cameras, alarms, and other building systems to help identify unusual activity, access issues, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.

Coordinate with on-site personnel, property management, and/or first responders during incidents, medical calls, and building-related events while following established post procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
