You will help support a professional lobby experience, complete detailed reports, and collaborate with site teams. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Greet and process visitors, issue temporary credentials as required, and help maintain accurate access logs and/or visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
Monitor access points and front desk area, verify identification and/or authorization, and help to deter unauthorized entry by supporting facility access control practices.
Answer phones, route calls, and provide general information while maintaining a professional presence consistent with a Tech, Media, and Telecom office location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating details to site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
