You will greet tenants and visitors, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly with site contacts while documenting activity and observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including common areas, storefront corridors, loading zones and/or parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and building systems such as visitor check-in, key and/or badge control, CCTV and alarm panels, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, assist with directions and tenant requests, and support property management with after-hours checks and/or access as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
